Monado Replica prop
This is a replica scale model of the Monado from Xenoblade Chronicles that I made. It is about 46 inches long in its closed state. It is lightweight and made of insulation foam with a clear acrylic sheet in the center with LED’s surrounding it.
I began taking online commissions for them. Here are three completed ones.

In order to get the proper movement, I refined my design so that it's made up of three separate pieces.
This is the first design I made for the Monado. It utilized slots and pegs instead of the hinge system my current design has.
It moves accurately to the way in which it moves in the game. The color represent magnets that keep the blades in either the open or closed position.
